Attention Members and Potential Donors:

We are pleased to announce the inaugural year for the USA Jump Rope Canady Educational Fund of the Greater Houston Community Foundation. We will be awarding two $1,000 scholarships this year and are planning to continue this tradition for the years to come. One of the scholarships will be awarded to a male athlete and the other to a female athlete. Both are required to fulfill the requirements as outlined in the application.

Save the blank document to your desktop and the enter all the required information and save a copy of the completed document. You can then print it out and sign it when you are finished. We are launching a fund raising campaign to increase both the principal in the fund and to possibly add additional scholarship(s) this year. If you would like to make a contribution to the educational fund, please choose one of the two methods below to make your donation. 100% of these contributions are used to benefit the USA Jump Rope Canady Educational Fund.
