To order a USA Jump Rope Membership Replacement ID card:

1. Go to the Online Purchases page.

2. Select Replacements from the drop-down list and click GO!.

3. In the Order USAJR replacement card row, enter 1 for the Quantity and enter your membership number in the SIZE field.

4. Click Add to Cart and follow the onscreen instructions.
